Just want to point out that s'ym and n'astirh together have a decent shot of taking down Thor not including the other one Jack was fighting so I find it odd why he thinks he can't take out Thor even at his best. Is this an AU thor that is more powerful because if not you may have misunderstood limbo power levels, heck S'ym alone can fight on equal footing against the hulk.

I mean..the later parts of WMW blatantly stole from the lore of D&D lore of it's deities, specifically Faerun so...if anyone else copies WMW that shouldn't be a problem

At the time of my review, It was at roughly at the latest chapter so that was my review. Now if things have changed/gotten better since since the time of my review then I'm willing to out some extra time to read the new chapters and change my review. I put my review and stopped reading so I hope you didn't take offense

Couldn't agree more personally I dropped it a bit after he ascended. As you said he pretty much abandons his original goal and there wasn't a need for them to split up after ascending with all his experience. I've read too many forced separation arcs that just destroy novels.

I'll be honest the book before he leaves his home plane fluctuates between 4.2 and 5 stars. The novel quickly goes downhill soon after he leaves with tropes/cliches piling up and copy/paste arcs like trials, tournaments etc. The typical "everyone gets split up going to the new real" is a perfect way to throw all that character development into the back. Quite a few plot holes I could stand but it quickly devolves into the typical cultivation novel once he leaves the home plane. Would have been a breath of fresh air if the author had instead put all the ascended into the same sect or organization.
