He had to build his body to that strength to be able to use One for All without destroying himself like Deku. He can still use muscle form after he has no more One for All left.

You're suggesting Kaminari is so useless without his quirk he can't avoid Aizawa until he has to blink? I'm not sure but I think it was stated he trained his body for this very scenario. He could also duck behind cover to regain his quirk because not everything is a flat grassland you know.

Aizawa's quirk wouldn't even work on All Might. One for all doesn't give him muscle form, it's his natural strength and like the Nomu he could just pound Aizawas face to oblivion.
