Does transmutation occur on the molecular or atomic level? for instance, can he rearrange the carbon structure of say coal and form diamond with the same results as sand to water? or something like a bronze coin to a gold coin of the same size, shape and design with minimal impact to his CPs? another instance is create a chemical reaction in an atom say like wood to fire?

if you think about it, no, not really. remember in boundless every second counts immensely. he could shift an entire world event just from this skill alone.

I have a feeling he is the past draco that was shoved out of this timeline but the reincarnated Draco, seeing as dark knight is just a bug in the system caused by the presence of Draco reincarnated entering boundless for the first time.
Hahaha, but that was impossible right? So far, only Draco had displayed such a trait, so no one could possibly do the same, right? Even Eva did not have this ability, and she was the other half of the universal equation.
