I'm not planning on taking sides, but I agree silence is NOT concent. However, 1. she drew up a written contract AND sighed it. 2. she clearly has romantic feelings for him despite her conflicting emotions regarding his involvement in her parents deaths, and the fall of her kingdom. she already loves him despite not wanting to admit it to herself, as she would obviously feel that her newfound feelings for him betray her family and kingdom. so... in that it's a grey area. If it were within a marriage and intimacy was truly not wanted the wife would bitch slap her husband and make him sleep on the couch! Though that is from a westernized view of how relationships work!
