I would call Leon's "subordinates" soldiers as well else they might feel less honored than the Alvannian group which could cause a problem. Also, Alicia is Queen now, with their marriage 😉

Theres no current sequel as this one isn't finished but she has mentioned in her author comments that she would be making one in the future.

If I might offer a suggestion. If you get vacation time... take some. Get a sitter (or family) to be with your kids for a few days and get ahead of the curve. Write a few chapters. Spend the whole day immersed in Reglaeon and Alicia and just write. Release one chapter at a time still but you would be able to release more regularly and it might give you space to write more. Silver lining is you have a ton of followers who love what you have shared so far. I've refused to get into these web novel apps because I had a feeling it was this way, but your book drew me in. You have a great story we just are anxious to see what happens next. 💚

I like this Regaleon. Rationally not obsessively and anxiously searching for Alicia more like a King should be. He should have sent for a ship though to follow so that Tempest had somewhere to land wherever Alicia might be.

Because it included her. It undermines her authority. If she hadn't heard the staff discussing she would have had no clue what was going on when Lady destia asked for an audience which makes it look like their link is weak. I'm not saying hold a grudge... I'm just saying he could have said "oh by the way I've isolated lady destia to her quarters for our stay. there was an incident it was resolved and she wont be bothering you any more." There was no threat from Raph, old wounds being closed up.

As much as I love Leon, I wish she had railed him a little harder. She would have looked like an idiot in court if Lady Destia had requested a public audience in court and Alicia had no idea of her house arrest? She would have been publicly humiliated. They clearly love each other and therefore need to put forth a united front in public. They don't have to ask each other permission, just keep each other informed so they can make fully conscious decisions.

It's got a good story line going. I hope the author comes back to update! although I would prefer she focus on The Forgotten princess more 😂 I would love to read more about who Ana decides to move forward with and what Shiki's endgame really is.
