(obviously the KPF can't torture people, and Konoha already have a Intterrorgation and torture department, so unless it's necessary, the KPF won't torture, besides, KPF is only there to help the citizens of Konoha, like stopping a drunken brawl, catching a thief, etc.) And here's the Root Idea, it's basically the Anbu version of the KPF, (and they don't need to wait for a search warrant.), but deals with in house problems, so they aren't sent on missions, instead, their job's is to invade Privatecy of the people or anyone really, but to be so stealthy about it, that no one knows they are doing so, especially during the Chuuni Exams, without causing a international or dimplomatic incidents. And they routinely gather information on every one in Konoha, in case of anyone planning to attack Konoha, if anyone is betraying Konoha, (like for example, a council member is found out selling information on Konoha to outside party, just so they line their pockets with money, or a Corupt Council member in general.) This means you waste less money on constantly buying potions, when you can simply regenerate your health/magic/stamina. Thus saving the potions for emergency during battles only, otherwise, one can take their own time to rest, before going into the next battle at full Health/Magic/Stamina. Of course, if one could also get Battle Regen, (which is Regeneration that works during battle.), that would also help out in the long run. With that being said, I don't know how the MC be able to get a Regen for Health and Stamina, but for Magic, the Meditation skill usually helps in getting Magic Regen, and maybe health regen. Now then, there are 2 things that makes up Regen, the # and Timer, now for a example. If we take the MC base MP #, which was a 1000, and the MC could Regen 100 MP every 10 or so Minutes, once the MC use said Meditation skill, (which only works out of combat.) And the MC could level up the skill, the question becomes, when the skill is level up, will it affect both # & Timer, or will the MC be only able to level up only 1 side of the skill. Because in my opinion, sure having higher numbers will help, but If I have too wait for every 10 or so minutes, then that means wasting 10 or so minutes in doing other stuff's, just to Regen 100 MP. (which if you add all the time up, to Regen full MP, which is a 1000, and the Regen is a 100 MP every 10 Min, that'll be 100 Minutes, or 1 hr and 40 minutes, to Regen full MP), especially if there are dangerous things around. So I would upgrade the Timer, instead of the #, and try and lower the Minutes into the seconds, especially if you can lower it all the way to 1 or 5 seconds, that'll be 100 MP every 1 or 5 seconds. much faster and better, especially since the MP is the MC Ammo, therefore, the MC needs the MP too shoot, and he will need it fast, with that being said, until the MC does get the Timer down to the seconds. He will need to secure a safe area and hide, thus the MC should look into getting the Stealth skill, and let the TImer for his Regen get to work. As for Magic Bullets, there's tons of idea's, if the MC can create his own Magic Bullets, but that'll be on a different comment. And don't say it's impossible for the MC to think of said ideas, and experiment with to see them actually working or not, he came from a world where Anime, Manga, Games, Movies, Books, Video Games, fanfiction, etc., existed in his life, thus he have too have some ideas he could try out. Especially having a idea on how to build Classes, like in Dark Souls and etc., therefore, having a idea for getting MP Regen.
