One interesting thing...These privileged cultivators are at the peak of r9 and they've been getting stronger in this battle and probably still work to advance..yet they're not r10 or close to it What exactly does it take to reach r10...will it require more than just feats and increasing the weight/ influence of one's world I'd expect such an advancement to be very unique and probably lead to extreme changes
I wasn't wrong One needs to be a full god for the portal to open Flying Demon says so in Chapter 812 "Ascension" Divine demon told them H&E open a protal once a being reaches the divine ranks with all its centers of power
I don't think it'll create a perpetual cycle of improvement for Noah...i do see him touching solid stage though especially with his body...the humanoid figures can provide the potential/energy for that As for escaping..one thought is his close friends may finally transform due to his ambition and devil's power undoing earth's influence enough to escape Or they may use his space law and the item Elbas created for the dimensional tunnel to escape out of that space..they might even end up in lower plane or the cities in the sky Or their existence may be too out of heaven and earth's system for them to be absorb..and since the fairness prevents H$E from outright killing them..they can escape Or someone will rescue them I'm honestly not sure how they'll escape this trap
So the tribulations are like a diet program to fatten cultivators getting them on paths outside the heaven and earth's system so they can create the strongest (tastiest) laws...and the immortal lands is just a giant farm for H&E Still doesn't explain the fairness and why magical beasts are H$Es natural enemies...and does this mean every cultivator that dies is absorbed?
They had to have been pretty powerful and ambitious to be the first to surpass the divine ranks...probably like Noah in surpassing the limits of the world I doubt they were careful...its clear one doesn't reach the peak or surpass the limits of the divine ranks by being careful
Unless sword saint has reached rank 9 he can't help much...since Noah is now liquid rank 8...the same stage sword saint was when they met and he can handle any threats sword saint could handle at that level Noah doesn't need sword Saint's unless sword saint has reached rank 9
Seems to easy...heaven and earth wouldn't let them go that easily And they still haven't gained immunity to their laws I wonder if they'll send another rank 9 Kind of disappointing how H$E are framed as weak, incompetent and careless rulers...and how easily their enemies play them even with the fairness
But if that cultivator fused with the world when they failed rank 10..how much of the immortal lands laws are theirs and how much are of the world they fused with...i mean its now clear worlds have wills and can create or at least alter laws Does mutation eliminate the fusion of the failed rank 10s will and the world they fused with returning laws to their original form where they were not tainted? Is this the goal if those quasi rank 10 beings..undoing their fusion?
Problem with this theory is... 1.Why send the biggest threat to the otherside?..why not decimate all of them along with the others in the other side 2.There fairness would likely prevent them from such an attack....especially when most of those who remained on the other side haven't been cursed yet 3.Noah and company weren't the strongest on the other side..there are still rank 9s like Great Builder and Supreme Thief and probably others
I bet the next chapters will have more infor on what their goal is on this side of the immortal lands...but considering Noah is still rank 8 liquid the infor won't be much I think we'll have to wait for him to meet their will in those secrect locations Harold spoke of..or approach rank 9 Everything about them is so confusing...Reminds me of how shandal was also a mystery in the lower plane
