What makes you think it needs to be a confrontation. I would say he got what he wanted. He's now pivotal to both the top drsgons and the top skilled human binders whom he now knows and know him better than anyone. He's in a pretty good place.

I absolutely love everything about this book. I love how it’s written, the story is super imaginative, the characters are interesting and complex, everything. The only issue I have with it is that I can’t just binge it all right now but havehave to wait to find out what happens next every day I get to read a new chapter 🙂
