In this set of short stories, some stand alone and some weave together. Each one artfully uses the fantastical to highlight a character study. Wonderfully violent, yet surprisingly grounded, without any of the over description and cheese that usually accompanies this genere. After this sample, I've already tracked down and bought this author's other works.

He doesn't chew stuff anymore now that he's older, but I'm curious how you would go about not leaving furniture strewn around your house? Also...not condoning eating dogs.

The space is good if she wants to keep pre-existing water in its original condition. But if she wants infinite water, then she needs a purification system. And it needs to be off grid in case she loses access to electricity. The purification tablets are for if she needs to travel...if she runs out of water /needs to have water and doesn't want anyone noticing her accessing her space. Pulling water from her space might draw attention from traveling companions.
