Here in the US we teach children exactly what's on the test, without caring whether or not they actually understand the material. This way they test well even if they're around Chen yu's level, and the school gets their "we met quota" bonus. I would argue that most schools in the US are closer to Sixth than aren't.

I mean, if you think about it, this means that they're slaughtering them en masse, twisting their very species too suit their own designs, and using them as shock trips to be killed again. I figure that's pretty good as far as revenge goes .
