the story is stupid as shit. mc is a guy before turned into a girl based on the dialog on that chapter mc is a pure guy and he is average as described but wadafak she(he) was traumatised by kids in orphanage still even becoming a teenager she was becoming a gay maybe a hidden trait shit , why not just say that she was a gay before transmigrated.

She opens the lock from the chains as my shaking grows worse, the cold touches my skin; she grabs my neck as a punch to my stomach makes me bend, and with a shove I'm once again in the box as I count five nails and 2 screws are stuck in my back. I felt guilty, she was right… maybe getting hurt was the right thing, that way she could've returned to me, that mom that loves me… no, she loves me. why not tell her that she will die within 2 weeks in uchiha clan but the vision is blurry which she will be skeptical but still believe her since it's just 2 weeks why not? then she will tell itachi about the prediction causing itachi to have an change in expression and she will see that expression but ignored then for that 2weeks maybe you can make izumi as the mc's assistant and itachi will change his mind a little when he will see sasuke got has slapped on his face causing him to think to let izumi survive as a gurdian for sasuke hmm hmmnn
