That’s what zaheer did, Yang Chen did this with the surrounding air, turned it into a vacuum around somebody then collapsed said vacuum on them really fast to stun them.
The chakra turned into wind and mixed in the surrounding air so naturally, that it wasn't even visible. However, the tremendous amount of chakra meant that even a normal human would sense something was wrong. I got a Jutsu idea inspired by Yang Chen(previous air nation avatar before Aang). She has this move where she takes the air from somebody(and their vicinity) forms a bubble around them with said air and preventing further air to get near them, then collapse all that wind on them. The point of the move is to do it fast and hard enough that it stuns the opponent. This came from the Yang Chen novels if you’re wondering btw.

Sounds to me it’s time for fujin to relearn most of his jutsu in a seamless format(no handsigns just chakra manipulation). If that works then he could perhaps get them down instinctually, and maybe that could help with doing it while the gates are open.
However, when I try to manipulate the chakra for forming a Ninjutsu, it doesn't work! Hmm, could it be because the way chakra moves while assisting in Taijutsu is very simple and something that is supported instinctively, whereas manipulating it for creating Ninjutsus is unnatural and hence not supported by my body instinctively? - DEFIANTSAGE3mthCommented
Author, I just realized, but since your using Norse, can’t you replicate Gae Bolg(from the fate franchise)? Like maybe not make a copy but just to replicate its effect? Also if you don’t know, it basically manipulates casualty so your attack is guaranteed to hit unless they’re not fated to die(basically if they have plot armor)

Can you make this omake canon? Not exactly how it was written here, but something like people notice that kakashi is slacking as a teacher(cause he has 3 high profile genin, people are gonna be curious). Eventually word reaches Hiruzen and he forces him to be an actual sensei.

Just an idea, but maybe fujin can practice his chakra control and chakra capacity by trying to recreate this(it’s called the pillar of heaven)? Although this jutsu is filler, and contradicts cannon(cause it’s established that Minato created rasengan), it looks like containing multiple rasengan(which you have to keep seperate hence the control, in a larger ball of chakra, hence the power concept. Seriously, this looks like it takes a rediculous amount of chakra and control and fujin is tryna learn with his wind domain).
There are several methods of increasing chakra artificially. Even I know a few that could multiply my chakra reserves by a few times. It's just that accessing and using them to do that is very difficult and my current strength isn't high enough to get some of them.
