"Eno nesohc, who are you?" she asked but there was no reply. She went back to the room still pondering about the identity of the mystery man her son likes. She was debating whether it would be a good idea to bring someone like him to the palace. Marcel was an animal whisperer and if he says that the animals fear him then it must be true.
Wait! That's not the main point! He has already died, right? That damn sadistic bastard snapped his neck into two! He felt extreme pain before he loses his consciousness. Where is this place, anyway? A hospital? A morgue? Or a waiting room? But, room for what?
He raised his gaze to the Crown Prince again but the Second Prince of Canopus, Caliber, was looking at him. Their eyes met and he could see a warning from Caliber's gaze, Alec snorted, 'I have not even done anything to receive that threatening look.'
Caliber wrapped his hand around Chance's waist and pulled him closer to his side. No servants were around so he could do that without worry. It left an annoyed feeling inside Alec to see his master being taken away from his side. The boy he once swore his life to, the boy who promised to be by his side, was slowly disappearing.
