There’s also a chance that with help of the mermaid princess she will gain the ability to either live long enough to see Ethan or be put into a form of stasis. But hopefully Ethan can just bring both to the future so that his sister has a friend in the present.

I would assume since he can manipulate atoms and can regenerate entire limbs a simple eye and ear regeneration should be easy enough for him let alone now that he has the boost of the amulet. The damage also was caused by a sovereign while he is now a paragon and almost an archmage
