thanks for the chapter. i really like the story but he just doesn't really explore the potential of his fruit. it could drain the energy from attacks and he could do the sebastian shaw style power set or even easier he could drain the air from in front of his blade and just have it move faster. he could drain heat from around him and freeze people he could drain blood from their bodies or drain air from ships hulls. he could potentially if he awakens it drain the will and therefore haki of people or he could drain time and make time stand still.

It would be awesome if he could converge timelines on top of each other over writing the current one. For example overlaying all the possible injuries an opponent could have had in their past fights onto the opponent because those injuries did happen in alternate timelines.

That isn't the reason no one makes armour out of diamond and whilst it is brittle thats only for really large forces making it perfect for armour except for its weight and how difficult it is to shape.
