im curious, it keeps saying that howard is getting stronger early because he thinks to kill zombies but surely the soldiers should also notice a difference if they are killing zombies?

well if you've watched the marvel movies picture Thanos fighting hulk on Thors ship. Thanos showed an upper hand in hand to hand combat. Essentially if he meets someone on the same power scale having an advantage in any area helps

sigh it's a good book but honestly all novels like this fall off later. There's only so long you can keep a person entertained by character misunderstandings and them not solving situations like normal human beings would . It just gets boring and repetitive . Good read if you have nothing else to read

Sigh. This book has had me hooked from the moment I started reading it. The authors style of writing is a step above most of what I have read on web novel ,however I find myself now making the choice of dropping this. The end of the forgotten shore arc left a sour taste in my mouth. Simply found it distasteful and put me off the mood to read any further. perhaps one day I will pick it up again.Still a very good read, my emotions just aren't able to go any further I guess 😅

if you're going to trash it, explain why!
