you think culture doesn't equate to rules? culture is largely rules, and often unwritten ones at that. yes, you can choose to ignore them and make people uncomfortable, but uncomfortable people often speak out, like as has been done, that is a natural consequence of breaking unwritten rules 🤷♂️
