Don't add it as his base . Make it so that it something other thing bro . If you want a nigh omnipotent being as I suggested than make it as something of a power booster for his nigh Omnipotent powers in the long run . Moreover , you could give him nigh omnipotent's directly or give him Ability to create anything out of nothingness and destroy anything in his power limits . As that way it would make him an op mc but not invincible from the very start , so you could make the invincible in the story later ta hat way . It could also become a story in which mc conquer's multiverse .
