To be fair, Logan’s the type of guy to upload his consciousness into some type of computer system.
On top of that, there were also Quinn's friends who weren't vampires. Sil and Logan were both Human. At best, Human's had a lifespan of around one hundred twenty years but thousand? Unless there had been some advancement he didn't know about, it was unlikely. - Corey_True2yrCommented
My understanding is that a person’s QI can develop and become stronger after near death experiences in battle. Almost like a body briefly surpassing its limits (similar to a surge of adrenaline), but then getting used to that level of performance, permanently increasing the limits of the body. Just because Owen’s body (or his Qi) has been strengthened by multiple life and death battles doesn’t mean that he’s actually learned to channel Qi into his attacks. But if he did, he’d be even more of a monster. Qi lightning just doesn’t sound fair.

If Sil was ever able to copy Quinn’s MC cells and apply them to any ability, he’d be unstoppable 😳
Of course, Logan was unable to input the exact amount of MC cells that Quinn could control. During the test his MC cells seemed endless and since this was just a game and Quinn had already displayed his powers he asked Logan to just put a high amount.
