I don't usually comment, but this is one of the most sentimental chapters I've read and it was a great ride

I would think Quinn kinda fits that mold because no one made him. Leo on the other hand was made by Quinn, just without the blood exchange. It seems to be a "first" you need not be tied to any existing family.

Now we know how Arthur became blooded, what we still need to know is where/how he got the shadow ability...

they don't have a blood bond, so maybe not

if he really is the system's creator, they would be "related." It was implied that the families are by blood relation, either born or blooded. If that is who it truly is, that would mean the last family flame went out because he went to sleep and only appeared to die. Quinn restarted the family, but has no direct blood relation to the original family.
