POLY_Man1yrCommentedI'm confused, does max not understand the gravity of the situation regarding omega and sigma or is he just lost in his own delusions of grandeur? Why does the Author keep painting him otherwise? Sometimes makes me wonder if this is supposed be an attempt at the 'unreliable narrator' style but the Author clearly isn't skilled enough for that given his already hard to follow English. Honestly I just want a spoiler at this point, don't want to read too much into something again and later realize it was just the writer's ineptitude rather than an actual foreshadowing.

Well that's a little short sighted isn't it? If her passive healing is strong enough, then all you need to do is protect her well enough that it doesnt matter that she cant move. Your party might be bigger as a result but if her passive healing is strong enough you can just rotate the front liners around to heal them while the mages and rangers in the back would just have to be within close proximity to her. Not to mention that powerful passive healing would be way more useful in a fortified position than active healing would be. Besides, where do you even draw the line between the two? How long it takes for the heal to come out? The method of application? The expiry date of he effects? The arbitrary lines are a bit confusing to me, not even going to bother digging into how calling any skill you have to actively perform, a PASSIVE skill, is wrong. The more he goes on "teaching" these kids, the more I feel like he's interfering with their self-growth and creativity. He was only a D-ranker in his past life anyways, why are we pretending that he has the wisdom to take these guys to some unprecedented heights that other D-rank and C-rank advisors at the academy couldn't accomplish? This academy seems like such a massive joke if its students have so little help going their way.
