Yes but that are the exceptions, i mean there is that Fire orb on a Guts pokemon with Facade strat

I remember the Spider-Man cartoon reading this, in which they found out the only reason Peter was the only one to get powers from the Radioactive spider (even tho they had perfectly replicated it) was because the original spider was made from peter’s blood by his father and something like He is special cause only he could be Spiderman
