KKAZUTO
Just another of your common reader, that has some great ideas that wishes to write in a book, but he is too coward for that, it may put too much pressure on him he says.

I don't think it's necessary since you are a very good writer, but it is a good practice. I can do it if you want and hopefully give some constructive commentary
would it be racism or xenophobia? hmm, I guess both fit tbh
Althought I do have to point out that this traumatic response to their line of work is a little of an over reaction, don't misunderstand me, it's natural, but some people understand this different. After all, we have people whose whole career is taking care of people with different stages of cancer, as someone whose grandma had stage 3 cancer, her doctors were some of the most lovely and caring people I knew, and got her to live for 3 more years than expected. I'm not saying a traumatic response is bad or wrong, some doctors do have problems making connections with patients that have terminal illnesses, but it's at least not as spread in doctors (just an example) as with advisors in danmachi, advisors in this case seem to resemble more to war veterans than doctors, and maybe it's a cultural thing? we do think of their experience as fundamentally different even when some war veterans are doctors too
I mean, there are ways to talk about this kind of things without ignoring the other person's trauma, it can be hard depending on how bad the trauma is but it's not like they lost all sense of human connections and reason. It might be out of place to talk with the beast woman about it because they are not really that close but it's definitely doable I think
nephew is shorter, but I guess son of the brother is technically the truth
30 minutes in and this might already be too much internet for me
big portion*
carrying --> caring (from care)
As good practice, if you ever leave a passed out person (or baby) try to put them to a side and with pillows on their back, so that If they vomit they don't choke on it, you might think it's stupid but a lot of people are just unconscious and don't wake up, please take care of your loved ones!
unfortunately ???
Clearly a e i o u is the superior vocalisation, change mah mind
That was kinda why I was expecting the war earlier tbh, like, we knew that pile was there ages ago

Do frogs even puff? would croak be more suitable for her, hmm interesting
No no, I understand the society will judge you issue, in fact I agree, society is so bloodthirsty that even defending someone who has already been proven innocent might still get backlash. My issue was more with the last 3 questions: "are you supposed to clash against the collective will for someone you barely know? a criminal nonetheless? even if it's someone undeserving of death?" Accepting the violation of human rights or at least not protesting it, just because you don't know that person is morally wrong, at least in my opinion. Even more if you're in a position where doing the right thing would be pretty easy, not only he is powerful himself, but he also has good connections with other powerful people and piles of evidence of the whole Ishtar's familia wrongdoings
Anyways, I already said what I wanted to say, and I didn't even intend to argue about it, maybe we understand the chapter in a different or have a different view on what constitutes a good person, and I understand that this kind of discussion can dim down a chapter so if you want I'm totally fine with deleting the comments, as I said before, I was In a not so good moment that day and just wanted to ramble
Its not extreme, and my main point of contempt was the phrase this comment was made about, "for a criminal nonetheless", that's an extreme thought, albeit a common one in today's bloodthirsty society, the simple thought that someone who's deemed a criminal, deserves less rights is in and of itself extremist. Its a point of view that forgets that the justice system is about reforming people and not about punishing and chastising them. Specially since the case that was presented in the previous 4 sentences is that of someone who might've been wrongly accused or even sentenced to death, and that just because people (or the collective will) supported the execution it wasn't "worth the fight". And the thing about causing the events of sword oratoria is a little naive in my opinion, those events will happen anyway, and they are caused by people and gods who are bad on the head, they are bad people, and his actions might have already accelerated the progression of this events when he defended xenos in the dungeon, the thought that bringing this up, to save lives, would speed up those events is unfounded. In fact, him knowing the information of the events to unfold, and restraining it from familias like Loki's is probably gonna cause more harm than saving people's life by getting help with Ishtar's familia would ever cause
He can literally open doors to teleport anywhere, he can present all information to: the guild, Loki, Freya, and Hermes. The collective power of them is able to literally wipe the Ishtar familia, even if they had the fox girl power to lvl up (which Ishtar doesn't even have now that silver saved her). The thought that he wouldn't receive any help, or that gods wouldn't meddle is unbelievable. Meanwhile he could just teleport the entire Hestia familia into some ruin close to orario and have them camp there while he wipes the floor with Ishtar's familia. There is literally no weight to his actions, and given the practices of the world of danmachi, most of the Ishtar familia would be executed (which is not what I would do but whatever), especially the more criminal individuals such as phryne and so on, and have Ishtar banished to heaven for some time.
