Ok, so this is how I believe it works Blessed who dives into dungeons make lots of money the higher in rank you go the more money you'll need to spend. Monster gear while the materials are common I assume they are hard to work with as monsters have been known to be hard to kill with regular weapons, So you would need a skilled craftsman who is either awakened or in possession of a machine or tool capable of crafting monster gear since I believe the higher in rank you the fewer people capable of making that ranks gear declines, if you take into account the work needed to make monster gear and lack of craftsmen with the ability(and skill) to make it the price skyrockets. The supply of monster materials isn't low neither is the demand for it but the production is slow.(all speculation)

Sorta makes sense in a twisted way. Lucifer is very often depicted as the Sin of Pride believing himself to be better than humanity, it would make sense that someone blessed by Lucifer would have a lot of Pride. Pride that refuses to let him ask for help Pride that makes him look down on others (which mc has shown been doing) I honestly like the mc being this prideful.
