Better to pick something that is similar to the nation of teyvat or things that already exist, like Naruto or Demon Slayer which is similar to Inazuma, Fullmetal Alchemist since Alchemy exist, or some reincarnation manga.

Not a bad choice since Gojo could become the strongest by using awhat is stopping Ryuhei? it grants the user near absolute control over space, allows the user to manipulate attractive and repulsive force, could delete stuff via Hollow Purple, creating an impenetrable barrier aroung the user, and teleportation. It also enhance brain processing power and vast perception, it could minimalize the energy consumption infinitesimally close to zero. The only drawbacks that i could think of is the headache and brain frying but if Ryuhei is able to use reverse cursed technique or other healing abilities similar to it then it could stronger than Tensaigan. Since the Limitless and Rikugan full potential isn't revealed yet you could took some creative liberty with it making it more powerful.

Tensaigan is one of the strongest ocular jutsu in Naruto, as explained above it grants the user some of the most useful abilities, the reason why i considered it to be one of the strongest is because Toneri cutting the moon in half in his Chakra Form.

Rikugan and Limitless is good since it enhance your brain processing and allow you to teleport, but it could cause some serious headache and could fry your brain which could kill you if don't have reverse cursed technique or other healing/re generation abilities.
