I can already tell just how hard that would be, because they could even be in every multiverse at once, experiencing everything simultaneously. Still, I'd love to see how you handle it, normally Chinese and Korean stories just bypass the fact that such entities are supposed to be quantitatively and qualitatively beyond. Same for a lot of Web novel stories. Not trying to discourage, but check out the "superhero wiki" The character would be able to do everything on that wiki. Including rewriting and erasing reality, like it's all just data on a computer, read minds, fly, being everywhere at once, create avatars which serve as themselves in the fictional worlds (the less real worlds, seeing as he is beyond them, he is more real. And they're just fiction that can be erased like simple data). you can see where I'm going.

The point I was trying to make is that such a character would have absolutely no limit, he knows everything, and can do anything, meaning he doesn't surprised, cause apart from being able to see everything happening, throughout all of creation and beyond, they also know the future, can reverse time etc. there would be no story, unless there are other characters of that level in the story.

God of all dimensions? that means the guy would have to be at least low 1A. His true body would have to be bigger than the universe, infinity, multiverses, megaverse, hyperverses. His true self would have to exist in the Outer verse. I mean, there is a reason why we don't have too many "beyond-all-dimensions" characters, except in marvel and DC. but in their recent movies (not comics), they're bringing the characters back down to multiversal level, because it's hard to write, such characters aren't restrained by common sense or logic (same thing for multiversal characters but the outerversal ones are to a completely different level), they're usually omniscient, because they see everything (remember their true size is bigger than reality and infinity. they're too powerful to sustain... a clash from two beings of such power would erase everything. although I'm sure someone that powerful would be able to remake everything and everyone back to life)

She had that ability to heal people at a massive scale. and to channel inhuman strength even more than naruto and sasuke could physically. although not at the same level as them at their best, but yeah, she was actually pretty OP. if you watched the anime you'd know that.
