You mean he wasn´t in the right state of mind, right ?

Hi, here is my review, sorry for my english in advance This novel has like rly weak start. I don´t even mean what you say in info about mc being weak or pathetic. But first couple dozen chapters feels like a novel, about other rly bad novel and bad author who thinks his novel is the best and cant take a critique, but, at the same time, this novel feels the same. But it stops later, I mean, still, you just put everything in. Isekai, reincarnation, cheat items, regression, time travel, VR, system, gods... just every single anime/manga/novel plot and put it in one package. You could easily write 4 novels with so many story ideas, or copies from other novels :D And it rly feels like bad these first dozens of chapters. But you somehow made it work, I mean I got hooked, read it all in few days (yes, it wasnt on webnovel, but I consider subsribing, you deserve it). I mostly love the little things, (maybe not so little) like its not only from MC point of view, he is not center of universe and not everything centers around him. Villains are actual people, with good in them, and can get to like them. Not many naive young nobles. Everyone can change in it. I´m not gonna lie, I kind of don´t like decisions like when he let Mary die in there. I know cliche, but whats wrong in wanting mc to do good things and not someting you yourself consider unacceptable. But you made it work I guess, I kept reading :D That narcistic personality of his is kind of repulsing, lets be honest. Kind of hope he is mostly just joking or something :D I just hope you will keep your word and wont make a harem story out of it. I mean, bcause its obvious that the novel in which he is living was a poly/harem novel with Nero. And now in latest chapters he has more than one potencial romantic interest. But dont do it please. I dont know why so many ppl like it, it must be culture thing or something. So many good novels was destroyed for me in later chapters bcause of it. Like if it was hard to write mc loving one girl with all his heart just like she loves him. I mean maybe it is, what do I know :D I am not an author. Jesus I am embarasing myself, romantic. good thing the best ones, arent harems "cradle" "tbate" "shadow slave" "path of ascension" ... maybe you can be one of them. Good job so far, and good luck :)

Why would they be heartbroken? Just don't make it like every female character is in love with MC. Its not hard to add other male characters, friends to fall in love with. Harem is so out of character in 98% of fantasy novels. Its mosty only fan service, bcause of horný teenagers crying over their favorite waifu on discord and in comments. Some authors try to appease their fans, it distract them from their originan intentions for characters and it always ruins their novel. Just go watch some Hentai ffs. Romance belong to fantasy, but not harem. Why is it that MC should have more lovers, but his lovers only him. He needs just one, no more, no less. One and give her 100% of your heart like she gives you :)
