i know its hard to find a good editor, before you do, there is a browser extension called Grammarly which should help a lot with the grammar

The first choice was to join the Bali project and immediately move there with their family or to resign and receive 2 years of salary in advance. All employees needed to make a decision by tomorrow and prepare to move in 5 days. After amputation, the body actually produces less blood to account for the missing limb. Not sure why they would want to lessen their blood supply. Could have just severed his spine or something (Not for the idea but it seems right up their ally)

10 lvl 2 per hour * 2 hours = 400xp ~5 lvl 1 per lvl 2 = 500xp Of course this is assuming that all level 2 zombies have level one followers and that there are at least 20 level 2 zombies close to him that are not close to the boss. Even with those points taken into account, this is only two hours. He could probably gain enough xp hunting only lvl 1s and the occasional lvl 2 (especially with his increased agility/vitality) and still have several hours to rest. Still, I don't mind the conclusion. One level doesn't seem to be a huge problem at the lower levels.
