Imagine you use it on the most useless esper ability, how would it improve it?
I, genuinely, wish best for him in the afterlife, amongst his victims…comments, barrage and bash me all you wish, I know very well all the pain, suffering, and death untold to everyone under him and beyond, but pain, hate, and cruelty can consume us to the very point we won’t care in the slightest for anyone and anything around us, easily, just, like, THIS. There are probably a few in the world just like him, just not only in a position of power, but of differing beliefs, standards, and limitations of our world compared to his… And all of us started as human, as an existence, even if that was for one second, or rarely our entire lives.
From what I’m reading about him, I understand more: "Each event that happened to his home, his place of origin, the place he respected, the place he loved, ingrained a new layer of hatred into him, be it how his government manipulated the people to give up their rights of freedom for more 'safety' from a non-existent threat, to how thanks to that greed, the city fell to ruin as they were in no place to protect themselves from external threats, Raylen, as their society started crack bit by bit from the chaos of internal conflict, leading to the overal death of the nation, of both the good people, and the corrupt government, the once united people even going on to blame the revolutionary group that initially formed to deal with the selfish government, each self-deprecating act fueled his hatred and drive, igniting the moment he saw his loved country burn to the ground, and the victors rise from its ashes, effectively transferring all that hatred onto Raylen, and onto governments that took advantage and did nothing but bury the bloody hatchet, wielded by hands of good and evil, history left to be forgotten, and never resolved…only for him to carry forth into the new era with a cruel determination, and a body bent, but it never broke, he only rises to greater heights, unifying the hatred left by the old remnants to pick up the hatchet anew…time would have healed, if not for the new governments pushing that wound deeper into that injured teen boy, implanting a hatred only born from such injustice that it could only continue to burn, regardless of light, regardless of the pain brought, he would either hack down the trees that sapped the nutrients from the smaller ones once and for all, or die and leave the hatchet with no one to find, never to be wielded again…pain inflicted only propagated more an more, and a society unready for it ate itself alive, human error, feelings left unresolved, and pain left without any way to be expressed…these are what gave birth to germinal, and what made the Germinal Leader who he was…perhaps seeing the hatchet raised for all to see, to show all what has transpired in that dark age, where no one could be sure but the corrupt and the innocence silenced, not only for himself, but for all that his belief stands for, and those he surrounds himself with, it will not right the wrongs, but it will bring a new wave of people to wield that hatchet, for the good, and the bad, for all which they believe is right, and maybe then, he can see his wish fulfilled, and the hate that fuels his heart, may finally be put to cinders, amongst others, instead of being put out like a cold bucket of water, going out where everyone is hurt…hatred consumes, and ‘Justice' propagates." I truly feel if the right words were said, he may have agreed…although like every situation we face, they never come to the surface, and consequences fall not only on us, but everyone around us as well, to the ones who deserve and don’t deserve it.
Probably because of the inuendo and how he was firmly angry before and now he is the same but despondent.
Agreed, she’s a monster that wields death in souls and of the mind, a undying reaper, while Han is a metal one, like a machine, meticulous in not only action, but in extreme cunning efficiency with his knowledge and precision, ruthlessly cutting down his enemies in every manner he can, to the point they can’t even tell he has already taken action against them, with his influence, with his intellect, with his individual power, a smile on his face, not out of cruelty, but simple domination to where he doesn’t need to lower himself like others do with their emotions, yet is still very much human, ends those he chooses to, and keeps those that he deems worth to keep around, be it for their value, or because simply he wants to, the fact of the matter is that with his knowledge, he can do just as much good as bad, with only his interest at heart, while with Hila, her ability is rooted in death and souls, in dealing harm, mostly through the mind, only with mastery over her ability will she learn to wield the utility in it, while Han’s machinery and the limitless-ness of technology, he can achieve anything he desires to with the effort and power he holds. Man, I love his character.
I wonder how the luck stat influences things, especially around Han Xiao…
Yeah, in this current economy, but Han Xiao is looking beyond that, he’s looking toward the universal economy of resources, where he needs to turn all of this cash that is meaningless beyond this planet into something meaningFUL.
At this point, it would be hilarious if their names in the players eyes became red as it became so obvious the system marked them out as enemies.
They really need to remember that 1. It’s a suit, most of its extreme power is granted through the enhancement being a mechanic gives to the machinery they wield, and 2. Han Xiao is not alone. Collaborate the two and you get the possible idea of someone else being in the suit while the other is planning something, like an ambush…the moment either of the 2 disappeared, should’ve been on their radar, I can only guess it was because they are on their last straws of not only winning the war, but survival. Honestly, I am just being a bit critical of it, it is highly likely
They should just know he’s wearing a mask at most, not his ability to change faces on the go?
"Let us have the freedom we always wanted from Germinal, its chains long worn on both you and Aurora, will finally be broken…" Han Xiao turns away to face the enemy forces. "We will no longer be chased, we will no longer be restrained, to be forced against our wills, we will have freedom, allow me to free us from our chains, and break the cage that binds us." Thought of this, if only Han Xiao had more in his social stat, and could come up with cool speeches.
You literally built them upon a design Zero made himself, as a mechanic, ask and receive.
Man just got deconstructedcto nothing.
Sauce?
I wonder though, if one’s energy trait wasn’t magnetic, would it still have the same name?
If only you knew.
