That is not what the skill says. Its says it needs a certain amount of mana to use the skill and will continue to use said mana until the USER cuts it off. So the user activates and deactivates the skill therefore it is a Toggled Active ability.

I really have a strong dislike for super naive characters. This is the very definition of that, why would you blabber all your secrets knowing what humans are capable of. This character acts like they are incapable of thinking unless they are in some kind of trouble. The writing and grammar was good, the character is what threw me off from continuing Volume 2
