it's already been shown humans can "drop" echos when killed when sunless killed that shadow user in the club before this ark. it is safe to assume anything affected by the spell can have drops while not giving memories the person already had.

overall I enjoyed this novel my only problem is in the end it left far more questions and threw away everything we already knew. unless there is a plan to make a sequel it feels very rushed and ends with a non ending.

it is rather decent I have read all the chapters out so it is interesting. I do have to say I hate how it's slow but fast paste all at the same time.
