So, I'm enjoying this so far, but I do feel like ways for him to strengthen himself are limited. just using the Prescence skill is a bit old, and his units upgrading speed is slow, yes big number go vroom, but eventually these foot soldiers are tier 1 and 2 are worth absolutely nothing. The constant "I don't have shadowstones" thing is also getting old, it feels very much like a stall tactic just to get him to go slower.
I'm surprised he's cool with the gods coming. humqns aren't ready for the pantheon's and it's just going to start holy wars all over again. he's now fully aware of the wars between celestials gods and witches because of the wild lands books, so why is he so casual? i know he's got that, "I'm strong who cares?" thing going on, but he has to know that's going to disrupt his plans
This is a good book, but the world hopping gets a little tedious at some point, and the hopping around mid plot or mid action is a little jarring on occasions. we're 160+ chapters in and barely at the start of team 7s adventures. He's spent years in these other worlds but it seems like its for nothing. spent 25+ years in one world? welp had to age down and lose literally all progress made in that world, oh well. he's not noticeably getting better imo. The relationships are getting worse as well, it went from seeming like a real relationship with scatatch to them feeling like side characters at best and an extra line for pity at worst. he spent so long waiting for time to pass to resurrect artoria yet once he does, he does literally nothing with her. she's just around, no really showing them catching up, hell half the time she doesn't even travel with him. for him, she's been dead for 30 years or so at this point, wouldn't he want to spend time with her as much as he went through just to resurrect her? why does he immediately leave her to go to another world? why when she does come with him does it feel like she contributes nothing to the story and she just exists to have a funny line here and there?
multiple if he manages to prevent loki from being exiled. and given loki didn't kill all of the frost giants this go around, should be that hard to do. thus he wouldn't find thanos and wouldnt use the mind stone and would unleash the chitari army on earth.
i know a lot of the people behind the scenes in mha are idiots and such, but they have to understand, that at the end of the day, this kid they call a monster isn't to blame right? he's a product of his environment. from his point of view his dad saves people and his mom kills people on contract. sure it's wrong for us, but it's all he's ever known, sheltered and homeschooled. a so called "hero" should be willing to at least try to get him therapy or something to help him understand what hei parents are isn't normal instead of just calling him a monster and yeeting him off to jail .
anyone else have issues loading any chapters after this one on the app? literally none of them will load .checked other books and they load new chapters fine.
I have to say, I'm loving this novel up to this point. it's for sure one of my favorite naruto FF I've read, if not FF in general. My only current problem is this constant going back to his lack of chakra, if basic training increased his chakra at the beginning, how did training the advanced version now? how do literally mastering the 7 known elements tested for not? I believe it was even stated in canon how the more they emptied their chakra the more it grew, and his growth seems far too slow in that regard compared to everything else he's trained.
Everything in me wants to give this one star for it only being 68 chapters long, but it was a great, albeit short, story. I knocked down story development simply because it felt like the end was rushed. the One Above All thing was fully explained other than "superman bad" when One Above All, the very few times he is mentioned in the comics, seems more neutral and not one to "trick" someone into dying, or showing off to the world. Other than that, i'd have loved to see him come back, we got not much payoff about spidey dating his sister, which I wasn't a fan of, but can see how it naturally come up in the story. We didn't get to see him meet his daughter, I know you mention that you left it open for a sequel but I mean, or you could have continued this one at least a little bit for some payoff, idk, it just felt kinda.... abrupt at the end.
I am once again asking you to use some points. at this point, who are you saving them for? the entire Ōtsutsuki Clan to come down?
USE YOUR POINTS .WHAT IN GODS NAME DO YOU NEED 600 FOR A RAINY DAY FOR?
so at this point, he has enough stat points to get all his stats to 200, which if the 100 points has shown anything, would either give him new passives or upgrade the ones he got at 100, and still have 172 left, which should be enough to deal with anything he could come up against, at least for awhile. He can't have it both ways of being afraid of the enemies he'll have to face and being reluctant to use the gamer system he keeps praising to its fullest potential, it just doesn't make sense.
it does say you have to know the name of the island tho, the name of that island isn't last island, iirc is laugh tale or something like that, other than raileghe who should have been there with roger, no one would know that.
i came for a military book, and instead got a guy who got booted because of a botched mission only to be abused by two women who are pretty and think all men should fall olall over them and get everything they want because they said so, young masters who want to kill you because you sneezed the wrong way, and the usual beta mc. he's supposed to be a soldier for God sake, even before the mutation takes full affect, he was a soldier for 8 years, yet, in the building he owns he can't even get the apartment he wants to himself just because two pretty girls said, i live here too, so they just do now? why?
who knew that passive king meant he was super passive in everything he does .who quits their job to play a game and then acts like they've never even seen a game before? everything is impossible to him or new .I get this is a different type of game, but it already mentioned a lot of people make money gaming l, and good money at that, or he wouldn't have quit his job t lo do it .I don't understand the shift in his attitude. also, how are we 10 chapters in and he's gotten nothing and is still ungodly weaker than literally everyone else? at this point, it should be passive peasent, not passive king .
My biggest problem with these so called " low profile" books is the amount of face slapping the MC takes just so he can continue to pretend to be trash. like what is going to happen if people in the kingdom know? jealousy? sure? but also significantly more opportunities to use your weapons that you so desperately want to get some kills with. at some point, being low profile to the world and being low profile to those close enough to you that would benefit from knowing you're stronger than most people in the kingdom would be more beneficial than this stuff.
My only gripe with this book so far is on the part of webnovel. why can't I read further on the website? I know you want downloads to your app, but I prefer to read on my pc, why force me to download something to read when you take my coins anyway?
i get he's super into only cultivating, but even he has admitted it'd be good to have friends in the clan. why continue to be a jerk to females. why ignore the holy son, he already approved of his character. this dude will be the most powerful lonely person ever.
"kindness" you threatened him, his family, and the kingdom within a 10 minute meeting on top of poisoning him. why are all powerful people in these books like this?
