The saving grace is although different people may have different resonance frequencies due to different composition the body part is made of it still will be made from the same materials so each body part would have a certain range in which he can search for the proper frequencies. Although I am not sure how martial heart would affect it, accelerating blood flow can add background frequencies and slightly change the composition.

Deal is done, you just need allocate your own presidents for each country that will listen to you cause microcontrolling the whole world is too difficult - you will just give most important decision eg the whole world should focus on R&D

That’s simply not true. And even if it was, simply looking at evolution and time of creation of universe tell us that the time difference between different civilizations should be in milions of years of difference and somehow humanity that is lagging behind other civilisations that started milions of years earlier would catch up, dominate and bedan rule the universe (which is incomparably enormous) in only 8000 years? I feel like non of you have any idea of the scale for such acomplishment. 8000 years is just a blink of an eye on the scale of a universe.
