For the all the other dragons yes but Dany’s is based on their size from season 5 of Game of Thrones.

On the picture it says Based on ADWD for Dany’s dragons. ADWD or A Dance With Dragons is the fifth novel and was adapted as the fifth season of Game of Thrones. The Drogon in the picture was back when he was fighting to save Dany in the colosseum.
