I’m somewhat confused on why he stuck with her. He said if he ignored her it would be against his principles or smth so he saved her when he was on the verge of death. Saving her and defending her is a bit different. He knows there are others after her and still stuck with her when his whole thing was to avoid trouble.

This is surprising Ngl. Cultivation novels are about the strong eating the weak and so on. If this is how it works I bet there will a lot of people with this aura and someone will probably teach him how to control it in the far future.
To many people, that might sound like a good thing, but having such an aura could easily erode your mind, and lead some people down a path of no return, eventually becoming true demons. Raymond himself already had a faint killing intent from all the people he had killed, but because it had generally been in self-defence or other people with more sins than him, it was still weak. However, even killing in self-defence would eventually create a killing aura that could wreak havoc, so it was best to avoid killing when possible. - Sector_981yrCommented
Thanks for the chapter. I have to reread since I’v forgotten a few things. If I remember correctly wasn’t he gonna join a sect so he could get soul based cultivation techniques. Since he’ s gotten a good graded technique will he change his mind or continue on. Curious what his decision will be.
