Not a very unique idea, which isn't necessarily a bad thing if you make it unique through good character and plot development, but the 'protagonist' is simply bad...I don't have another word to describe it. The story starts off by giving a reasonable explanation for how the 'protagonist' ends up the way he is, and his abilities are fun to follow along with, but as I read, I just find that I hate the main character more and more. He is a 10 year old child that didn't have guidance and ended up psychotic, which is something that can reasonably happen, but its simply an unpleasant read because of his awful personality and characteristics. Having a main character that just goes around killing people is simply not appealing to me. perhaps he gets redemption later on where I have not read, but I already quite dislike him as a character and all in all it has got me bored enough to stop reading. I'm sure some people would enjoy having an irredeemable main character like this, but I dont. Usually when I enjoy a story with a main character such as this, there are other aspects that make it worth reading like comedy or uniqueness, but this doesn't seem to show signs of such yet. Again, I'm sure this kind of story is appealing to some people but I personally do not reccomend.

Completely unbearable grammar and spelling mistakes throughout every chapter. It does not get better and even after receiving edits it is still completely abhorrent. The story looks promising but the grammar and spelling mistakes ruin all the promise that it had from the beginning.

why is the translations quality decreasing so much

The cliche villains you see in manga and novels do not represent the entire humanity. Sure, anyone would be jealous of a cheat ability, but very few people would try to harm someone because of their ability rather than trying to benefit from them in some way or another. Not to mention, there is a difference from making a commotion and outright saying you have an overpowered ability to the whole world. Nobody is going to notice a few records being broken.

As far as I know, by breaking a few records and revealing to be talented, he isnt exactly alerting the entire local government that he has a revolutionary overpowered cheat ability, it just paints him as a very talented individual. I don't know why you think major government powers are going to be targeting the dude just because he is a little stronger than most.

And that is completely unrelated to this story. Our current political leaders don't influence the characters in this novel. Even through jealousy or fear, the immediate reaction for anybody would not be to antagonize someone they view as powerful.

So many novels paint 'humanity' as some sort of evil thing. Its their way of making the novel seem 'deep' or something. Unless someone is an idiot, they wouldn't automatically resort to antagonizing a person they seem as overly powerful. Also, there is a big difference between causing a commotion and revealing your outrageous hidden talent outright. If he started using his talent to do all sorts of things to abuse it, the majority of people probably wouldn't know or care about him.
