If Ves uses his own blood but can make the mech safe for others to use. He makes his own army of phase lords. It might feed back to him as well and increase his own rank as a phase lord. Come to think of it, he can have the mech auto cultivate for him.

if Ves is decided on major of the vote. Can he throw a new plan out there and vote on it. one uses parts of the three plans. all three plans have major problems. to much power one person, lose of oneself, will to sacrifice one own past point of win even mattering anymore. the leader are trying to solve this on their own without any help from each other. to do it right, they need to come together and make plan that cover each other's blind spots. the people who need to put down their pride the most are the three leaders!!!
