i wuz about to say that doesn't make sense, cuz 11:30 would always either be in the afternoon or the middle o the night... but this world has longer days, doesn't it? So ig it kinda makes sense.

id say the whole process is unhealthy. Lots of people with ptsd end up finding various different ways to cope, alcohol and smoking are probably the most unhealthy coping methods. My dad for example copes by being around kids, and ends up being extremely overprotective when hes drunk.
And I often joked about the early part of my life as a human-trafficked child, and that helped me move on and get over it, the more I stopped seeing it as a traumatic experience and referred to it in a light-hearted manner, the less it haunted my dreams at night. - I_am_Me_77123yrReplied to GreatNerdBeard
