Wow, imagine that a person smart enough to think in advance in case things escalate. Looks like she won't be running through the woods barefoot, wishing she has put real clothes on. Don't see that to often.
If the humans have kept this info and handed it down even if it is only those in power. How does such a long-lived race like dragons not know about this war. Gaya is like 350 years old, and that's not that far from a thousand. As far as history goes, it even happened near whare the lived. I find it hard to believe Gaya wouldn't know about everything we just learned about unless the dragons also kept it secret, but I don't think that makes a lot of sense.
The government probably says it's for the safety of civilians and those who are in side not get distracted by having people to save. But I bet it's to better control all the power.
look up "Tales from the Gas Station" on audible or Kindle.
I don't like how she's so quick to defend her when she her self said she was bad news. she should be reminded of her places she's done nothing but mess with the mc and be overly familiar with her like she knows they will be married with I don't like. I don't like knowing that no matter what happens they will end up together. takes out half the fun of reading
I was really enjoying cleo right until she tricked the mc. it honestly ruined her for me, and from what I can see she doesn't get much better. I don't really like reading knowing the whole romance is a forgone conclusion. completely cuts out all the interest.

Have you heard about this really cool book about a gas station?
Ya, what is she getting at here. "always hurt us." Like, what are you going on about who hurt you? What does it have to do with the half races?
is this implying she assumes her army will lose and need to be saved?
I find it a little weird that she didn't even ask if she was OK with suddenly getting her pregnant. Just seem like a big decision to have one-sided. I don't think she'd say no, but to just make the decision for the other person no matter how in love just feels a little wrong to me.
