you know I was just thinking, one of the greatest benefits of the PhD would be the fact that all of these life and death battles would be tempering his willpower greatly. which should mean his haki would have a lot of growth potential. Even if he didn't have hardly any talent in the colors of haki, just fighting to the death and dying over and over again every day would be a talent in its own category

I think the difference would be you are present when something happens and you act to prevent more harm because you're confident in your capability to do so, versus vigilantism which is seeking out problems and going to danger to enact your own justice and such. number one, there would have to be a lot of extra space in his wrist to support that kind of biology which would completely change everything about the way his forearm looks and hand functions. number two, spiders don't shoot out their webs. they pull it out and spin it or gather it up and hold it. so no that isn't something a spider can. to be capable of something like that the silk would have to be under a significant pressure to go further than a maybe a foot or two at human size. which again would require significant changes to the forearm. stop trying to die on this dum bass hill man
