Definitely, Aizen uses people until they're of no more use.

Yeah I'm playing with the concept right now. For example, I came up with a technique where instead of slashing your sword to create a giant wave, you just aim the tip of your sword and something and shoot a bullet.

Well, I think it comes down to ego. Because if you get reincarnated you'll eventually ask yourself 'Why me?' and the only answer you can come up with is either it was random or you're special and I think most people will choose the latter.
'Now I need to eat enough for her to consider making me a soul reaper, but not too much that it draws attention. If anyone notices me, I might end up on Aizen's hit list. Yoruichi is a captain, so maybe I should eat half or a third of what she eats. They do get smoother in the future. It's not really simping because from his perspective he's met someone who's extremely talented and should be in the story he knows, but they don't exist in his memory.

Theoretically any captain could but rather than waste their reiryoku on mimicking another technqique it would be wiser to use their own ability or Kido. Urahara literally saw Yammy technically once and replicated it then gave it a name while fighting him. Mayuri has stated he can replicate another person's power or even reishi once he understands it.

That's not true. It's true that we don't see low level people having learned their zanpakuto names but that simply because the story of bleach focuses on the main characters who are own vice captain and above. Hanataro is a 7th seat in the story and he had already unlocked his zanpakuto. I'm not sure but I believe in one of their filler chapters that he even said he unlocked it during his time in the academy.

No Benihimi's shikai ability allows Urahara to control and shape his reiryoku as he pleases. Basically it's a lesser version of his bankai's adaptability. Nake was a technqique he created by observing Ichigo's attack similar to what he did to Yammy the Espada stealing his technique. So theoretically if someone can control their reiryoku as well then they can do what Urahara did.

Yes but I never said they would meet. The main character was just worried since he was in the past that he would eventually deal with Aizen and Yhwach. Souls don't age like humans do they can live hundreds of years so that means he'll eventually live to see Yhwach invade. Besides I only said it's already been around 900 years so he would be free from the seal after regaining his body. He will wake up in 90 years after to regain his mind. Then take 9 years to regain his power. After that, he waits another 9 years to attack the Soul Society. That means it'll take the MC 108 years to get to the blood war arc so I don't understand why you're saying I'm conflating timelines. Please explain

Yhwach is more than a thousand years old but as for Aizen, he's suspected to be a couple hundred years old. Aizen was already a third seat 110 years ago. Kubo stated that all new soul reapers start as unranked and slowly move up the ranks with achievements. The only exception to this is those who have the name Kenpachi. So why isn't would be bare minimum nearly 200 years old.
