wow, dialects with an' "s" means he knows some language in their' country it's not really a big deal if you live in a country with many dialects like 'the Philippines' i know some dialects and still learning some languages of 'other countries' because here in web novel you need to know how to speak at least Spanish and English. English can truly be hard considering even a fluent person can't type it correctly.
