I don't get it either... Sophia means wisdom, I think. not sure if there's a connection there. maybe the author is a Sophia? maybe the poem is in another language, and it would make sense in that other language?

I'm assuming that the floor numbers are like the Asian number system where the Ground floor is usually called, well the ground floor and you have to go up a floor to get to the first floor? as opposed to the US system where the first floor and the ground floor are the same
