Honestly, the people who like Draco are about the same as those who like Hermione. Everybody sees their actors and goes nuts over them. Kinda cringe both ways, but oh well.
While Chris knew why Draco was always such a bully to Harry such as his family background and how he was raised, Draco was always a part of his list of Top 3 most disliked character.
