There’s 2 stones left. I think the stones will only bring back 2 more people. That’s it. I think it will be her grandfather and her uncle or one of her siblings.
Naahhh. That doesn’t seem fair. Even if aunt Sarah is resurrected, that would be for her Uncle Tom. She’s not a family member that truly loves Julie. Julie would still be alone. As for Reese, it’s not fair for someone else unrelated to her to be resurrected. I don’t think the author would do her dirty like that. It seems the stones have to be close to the corpses buried. Since she’s in Willow Creek, Sarah and Reese are out of the question. It has to be someone that died in Willow Creek. Maybe her grandfather and another relative that died there.
Well, that includes Mel’s family. It may have been messed up that her parents locked her in the basement, it came from their hunter beliefs. But Mel was raised with love all her life. So her parents do love her. And after they start trying to move forward with their new dynamics (mama being a new vamp), then Simons new family will increase even more. And hopefully in the future he’ll have his own little red headed demons to love. I do wish the author went into more detail of his and Victorias powers. I’m still convinced he saw some distant future of theirs (Simon & Mel) and that’s why he was so obsessed. He was thirsting to have his very own family.
I think it works if they know exactly which vampire bit her. I have a feeling even if the vampires knew, they still wouldn’t give her the correct ashes 😂
I think she means the soul of her son that belongs in the forbidden door is too corrupted to even be called a shadow of what her son used to be. Kinda like Portia from BAB.
1. I sure do hope our torture ends and we finally read a kiss between them. 2. I think it’s interesting how last we read on him, Simon was questioning himself and saying it couldn’ possibly be love, that he just liked her and then went on to say how uncomfortable he felt. I think the whole reason he went over was just to test it out, see if he felt better being with her. Which is why, they might actually kiss and he’ll stick around the area because he won’t want to part with Mel and be too far away from her. Maybe visit her every night. Which will come in handy when the sus parents do something to her and he comes to rescue her.
Simon works for himself. I think when they ask him if he works for the Elders, if he says yes then Remy will think he’s lying. Because Simon couldn’t give two hoots about the Elders and their politics. Simon only cares about his friends (same as when he was alive). Simon only cares about himself, his own agenda, his own amusement. That’s it. Obviously Mel is included.
Crazy Theory Time: So a crazy twist to Simons maker’s identity would be that Julie and Roman went back to the past for some reason to the night Veteris was slaughtered and they happened upon Simon. Roman knew Simon would be turned and waited but when no one came and he could hear Simons heart slowing down, he gave his blood and turned Simon.
I’m gonna call it and say the night he was turned, one or more of his family members turned as well. However, the moment Simon awakened as a vampire he felt different, he was strong and more vicious. So he killed his vampire family. And a vampire killing a vampire (especially when that whole town went through that ordeal and losing all their families) labeled him a traitor.
My guess is he was labeled a traitor because the night he was turned, one or more of his family members turned as well. But the moment he awakened as a vampire, he felt powerful and different and killed his vampire family. Therefore, being called a traitor.
I think along the way out of Veteris Connor will find out that Simon is a vamp as well and Mel will remind him what Simon has done for them. I think Simon will feel betrayed by Simon and especially Mel because she knew his girlfriend was killed by vamps and she stayed quiet. Obviously Mel will not kill Connor and Simon will go along with anything Mel says. So they’ll let him go. I think it’s going to turn into a Mexican standoff between Veteris, Mortimer’s and Hunters. Connor will come with the hunters to fight and it’ll come down to him and Mel and they’ll fight. In the end, he won’t be able to fatally hurt her but another hunter will. And Simon will save her.
I actually don’t want Julie to be under Dante’s wing because she had a valid point a couple of chapters back, she’s not a vampire and she should not answer to the elders or any of them. The rules were made to protect the vampires, the vampires (collective) don’t care about her. So I kinda don’t want her aligned with any of the vampire elders or Dante and that way she keeps her freedom of doing what she wants and not as the vampires want.
Author (Ash_Knight): If Roman, Evans, etc we’re turned in 1887 then in what year did TCO start? Since the stories from the play seemed to be from when they were still alive. Just curious 🧐. Love all the stories!!! 🥰
