Read books
No it isn't. The author was clear on what a Crutin was and what an elf was. And you would soon find out the longer you read along (I have read over a thousand chapters of the book already) that there are all different species albeit connected.
Then why don't they volunteer themselves if it were that much of a no-brainer? it's just like skinny me volunteering to defile "the Incredible Hulk" because some people who can't and won't stand up to him expect me to? first off, why would they expect me to do what they can't do? secondly it's guaranteed death for me so why would they be surprised that I didn't choose death? There is nothing to be surprised about. That's exactly the point I am making.
I can't imagine how that would function as a sword. I am genuinely confused.
Why do you writers (for whatever reason make some characters appear stupid. What is there to be baffled about? it is a fact that the Duke is a hundred times stronger than they are. it is a fact that the Duke doesn't care about enemies or allies as long as he benefits. it is a fact that the Duke is very happy with Izorth's gift and the Duke covetes it greatly. it is also a fact that the Duke almost killed Vincent not up to 30 seconds earlier for interrupting him. So why would the older soldiers be baffled that Vincent decided to retreat instead of getting killed?
Seems Izorth has found an ally behind enemy lines. I know I am months behind those reading Privileged chapters and the author most likely has decided what he intends to happen but having some allies (eventually also the 6th Princess) behind enemy lines would make sense.
I am not trying to sound like a mR Know it all and I can understand and appreciate that you are a former solider however sir this is common knowledge. Now had Jack said "cover our twelve" or even said "cover twelve" then what you said makes more sense but he was specific in saying "cover MY twelve" which means in front of him (making that wrong) I am no solider but I want to believe that this is the basic thing that anyone who has read Millitary books and seen Millitary movies should understand. Also common sense tells you that he was being specific. Anyways I won't argue with you cos like you pointed out, you are the solider. Although maybe you could help me confirm from you Army buddies (using this context)
No sir you are very wrong. whenever you turn, you will always face 12°clock and have your 6°clock behind you. It is constant just like the numbers on a clock.
when have you known goblins to be upstanding citizens?
Since when have you known goblins to threat anyone nicely Again now that they know his sister is on the planet they can use her against him. it's obvious to them that he doesn't want any harm to come to her and that he is quite indecisive when it comes to handling enemies. They on the other hand have no scruples when it comes to hurting others. And how is he going to trust the words of a creature that captured a plane load of people just for experiments and who has no problem massacring those who don't qualify. like how does it make sense? if his prison spider sense should kick in, it shouldn't be against the only person trying to break him out of there.
exactly what I said. They are already cooperating by answering his questions.
He sure did🤣🤣🤣
Still BS in my opinion. A standard protocol is a process that needs to be followed in order to arrive at the next stage of an action. That much I understand and agree should be the process for MC receiving the sword. What I don't get is MC being told the Sword can't be kept from him. Based on what you pointed out (and I totally agree with you) that it's standard protocol for the MC to pass through a trial before receiving the gift, it goes to show that the sword can indeed be kept away from the MC. If for example he fails the trial, then saying that the sword can't be kept away from him no longer rings true. I don't know if you understand where I am coming from.
I don't understand what you think the word "Aren't" means. You use it wrongly every single time. For that paragraph, the right thing is "You really like to make people wait, don't you?!"
*"...how is..."
such errors are littered all over his book. I used to try and correct them but I have since given up (800 chapters ago). What I do is just read and try to enjoy the story which is quite good.
How does fighting the 5th ranked acolyte a better option than fighting people who have not been able to unseat him from his number ranking? The only way it is better is cos it helps Emery conserve his strength but we already know that his intention wasn't even to challenge the 7th ranked acolyte. The implication of that paragraph was that the Puppeteer is stronger than the Cross kid but the ranking gives a different story as Cross is way up the rankings than the Puppeteer.
"Confidence" is rushing straight away to challenge the person on the 5th rank. To me what Emery displayed was caution and prudence. The ability to take it one step at a time despite knowing you can actually do it at a go.
same thing I felt about 5 chapters ago. I don't even know how they could fit the outpost in the first place never mind the ship which would be definitely smaller than the outpost.
