Read books
I wasn't expecting much when I started reading, but then I was surprised, this is good. The author gets the essence of the characters and doesn't act like a fanboy of either Naruto or One Piece, he gives the characters adequate power and prioritizes the actual storytelling over making self-insert-like, with Madara's appearance. That is an astronomical win in my book, already deserving more praise than those trash power fulfillment fics.
To begin with. If you expect anything like your classical spider-man story of good person saves the day because it's the right thing to do, don't read this. This is a "cool and dark spider-man for older kids". With that all of the way... it's very well written, but the protagonist is either annoying or cringe(the writing style also feels a bit cringe sometimes). The way that he thinks and acts it's cringe he almost feels like and isekaied dark protagonist that it's super aware of what he is. Also the author just throw up a bunch mashed up writing ideas, it almost feels like he didn't want to make a spider-man fanfic to begin with.
As of now nothing is bad, the author made a good work of establishing characters and the world around them, but thats just the start of the story. As of now nothing major happened and mistakes are not hard to avoid, what I mean is the story has a good foundation and interesting characters. As far the author doesn't mess up royally like making the OC absurdly strong and making servants irrelevant, destroying all the tension, I think this story has the possibility of being one of the best fate fanfic in this site.
You should be aware that what Roman do is almost the book definition of a Marble Phantasm. My point was that any phantasm, god or descendants of those(to a certain extent) can do exactly what he does, which is... imposing his will and imagination into Gaia's mana and change or and manipulate it and everything that is connected to it that also isn't an animal(also humans) to whatever he want as far he knows what he is doing. Therefore someone like Tamamo who is a kitsune one of the strongest phantasms would not only know but she would also be able to do exactly what he does while alive... so she would not only know what he did in an instant but would not really be impressed by it. I hope I expressed myself better this time.
I'm pretty sure that any caster from the age of gods can do exactly what Roman does, but with divine power as a medium instead of will power. I don't think Tamamo would be that impressed by him doing just that, on the other side if he could create a mini black hole or manipulate time then I think she would be impressed.
While I don't have any problem with him becoming part of Rias peerage, I have to agree that his decision is stupid. He already has the greatest potential of almost any being in the verse he doesn't need to be a devil especially if he just going to do odd jobs in the human realm. Plus he has a secret he can't tell anyone.
