Even though the upper limit of speed is uncapped, it can only fly so fast without being severely damaged or directly destroyed by matter that was in it’s path. (Space isn’t empty it just has far less things in it-)

It depends on how fast others evolve. Also the amount he can grow isn’t fixed because it can be increased by fitness skill.
