I agree with the other commenter. I do hope that while she becomes more selfish and stops being a 'good cop' she remains a good person. The villains are evil, and so are her higher-ups to some degree. So instead of following their views of what is good and bad, she could work to make a truly just society. Just becoming selfish and edgy without goal just means the society won in breaking her down.
Bro has beef with a 10-year-old who has said 3 sentences to him.
Slowbro has a mega form. Machamp has a Gigantamax form. Donphan has an ancient form.So we could be getting multiple rare 'forms' out of his team if he decides to go the 'Alpha' route for all of them.
All that talk about staying under the radar and he insults everyone the first opportunity he gets.
Every trainer needs two teams full of Pkm so that they can still fight if a few are hurt. Like Harrison (?) from the Johto series, Blaziken was so hurt by Ash's Charizard that he couldn't be used in the next battle, causing him to lose. Can you imagine being a Champion and losing your title because your Pokemom are tired from the battles they had the day before?
Idk wh6 everyone cares about the Pokeball. The Zubat was a missed opportunity, but Grimer is a waste of time. It's an extra mouth to feed, it smells incredibly bad and he has to spend time looking for trash.
I love it when writers consider all things. Was just thinking about the rope burns when you mentioned this.
They say to grow up to be the person you needed when you were younger. A lot of fan fiction has the MC turn into the same type of person as the person who made them miserable, selfish people who wouldn't help their fellow humans. So I'm hoping he grows up to be someone who completely changes the system and doesn't just become a selfish edge lord.
I'd probably spend my first day thinking I was either dreaming or schizophrenic and waiting till I was lucid enough to go to a doctor. It's only reason I wouldn't do something truly crazy thinking I'm dreaming is because of the sheer amount of isekai and self-insert stories.
Idk, how to feel about this. On one hand, I'm glad that there are stakes. On the other hand, Percy lost the same amount of people as the last time. He went back in time to prevent these deaths and bring peace. So his friends are still going to get murdered and those murderers are going to receive a happy end when Percy makes peace with Kronos forces. I'm feeling conflicted, but it was a good plot twist at least. Despina dying was kinda obvious, Zoe's death was unexpected.
Had forgotten all about her existence. Should have known she'd show up after that fishnet saving them a few chapters back. Good foreshadowing that. Makes me worried what we're walking into if we need an extra goddess as back up.
Percy committing casual mass murder, as he should. Hope all these murders are starting to hurt the Triumvirate, you can have all the money in the world, but there are only so many mercenaries good enough to not just be totally useless and that are willing to kill kids and are available on such short notice. Magma bending is unlocked. He must look like a total hax in the eyes of the average demigod. It's epic. He should spend some time training all his new powers after the quest. He's been fainting a lot lately, starting to look like Jason there.
Just caught up. My biggest problem with the story is that it's a little too obvious when you're nerfing people for the plot to happen. The greatest strength of the story is probably how easily and often you don't follow the books to make things overall more interesting. Love that Percy is overall more respected by both the gods and his peers and how he's forming bonds outside those he formed in the first timeline (Like Luke, Nyx and probably his sis later).
While I think the new prophecy is neat and well thought off, he should be able to ignore it since he isn't chained by fate anymore. It'd be stupid to make a big deal about him not being chained by fate anymore only to force him to follow a new prophecy later.
Right? The previous body owner had the choice between partying and studying and chose partying every time. Going off last chapter, his friend doesn't force these choices on him and respects it when MC says no. So he doesn't have the right to complain about it.
So, he broke the record on his test, but bronze rank recommendation is all he's getting? Makes you wonder what you need to do to get higher ranked recommendation.
Too bad they run in instinct. He could have cultivated 10x at once if they had minds of their own.
People were complaining that the speed boost wasn't enough for the amount of points needed to get it, so authors doubling down and making it not only require a lot of energy to use, but also making his body not strong enough to use it. These issues will only grow as he levels the skill up.
2 days earlier: I have to wait 2 hours to discover my talent. I want it to be faster because I need to help my sister, can't waste any time. Now: Let's waste time with the first pretty face that I see.
