The story was really good. I suggest to stick with having the first letter of each word in the Gus name be a capital letter when mentioning the Gus being used or discovered because it is more pleasing in the eyes

It was informative at best if all the medical knowledge in this novel are based on facts. It would be better if the plot is progressing as his skills are improving.
